I try to go every year around my holiday break. last year I had my TT and it was a lot of fun. going this year with the S4 I wasn't sure how it would compare to the TT, the S4 not being as light and agile.... well I was really surprised, the torsen based quattro really pointed out the faults of the haldex based quattro the TT has. even though the S4 is a nose heavy monster, I was still able to take the turns faster and stay on the throttle through the turn with a very balenced feel where as the TT pushed wide and understeered. If I could sum up the experience with the 2 cars I would say with the TT I was thinking BRAKE BRAKE BRAKE, and the S4 was POWER POWER POWER. lol.
both times I used the same set of general exclaim uhp tires, which are really bad tires for this kind of driving. I could only imagine how fun it would have been to have good performance tires.
