If any doesnt know my situation I will do a little overview. Order $4,200 dollars worth of stuff from Pagparts. Ecu Immo defeat didnt work. Sent Ecu back to Arnold at Pagparts.
Spoke to Arnold he said Fedex picked up my ECU monday and he gave me a tracking number. I tried for 2 days to track the Ecu online and each time it said No info available. I called Arnold this morning asking if I had the right tracking number. He stuttered around a little then said he had to go to fedex to get the number since he didnt have it there and that he would email it to me. After getting zero email from him I called fedex they said if it had shipped on monday then it would be in the system. They had issued that number but maybe he hadnt shipped it yet. At this point Im pretty frustrated. Even if he did ship it the lack of true service sucks. I will email him for an update and never get any reply. This means I have to wake up mad early to call the states since Im in Korea. Sorry for the vent but I figured Audiguy was tired of hearing this crap......

Arnold has always been a stand up guy. He most likely has a lot on his plate like usual. Call him again or send him a IM on vortex and he will work it out

Me also I have never heard anything bad about Arnold at all. I have no complaint about his products. He also had been very helpful in the past. He said monday he would email me and even though I have emailed him asking (almost begging) for the info he has yet to respond. It is hard to call to the states seeing that I'm in Korea. Oh yeah Audiguy Eurojet is a great company. They shipped my order for free since it was going to an APO. Even had a handwritten letter thanking me for my service. Really stands by the troops or in my case former. I was really impressed and the product is top notch. Just note that you will have to custom mount it or get special hoses. The openings on the DV are massive to say the least.

My order from pagparts came with incorrect MAF housing causing my car pickup date to be delayed a week while the tune was being troubleshot never got answer to my emails or calls or pm's the ecu was in his shop for almost a month for a reflash and the initial ship date of the turbo kit was delayed 4 or 5 times for a total of 2.5 months 2 of the weeks which it spent taking up room in 1552's shop since I was given a garunteed ship date of turbo kit which was then delayed maybe arnold hates tt's other then that the product he delivered was nice quality.
Summary: Arnolds great at building turbo kits and fabbing parts but he needs a customer care rep.

Well after almost yelling at both a Korean fedex representative and an American one on the phone the truth all came out. The tracking number given to me by Arnold of Pagparts wasnt working because he actually didnt ship the package on monday like he said. It finally showed up online as being Pick up by fedex at 8pm on thursday the 15th. This is 3 days after he said he originally shipped it. Now I see why he was reluctant to email or answer questions when I called. I know he has a great rep but in this case and situation he lied and had crappy service. That is just me putting him on blast and trying to hold him accountable. I can handle many things but not a liar. Tell me you forgot or your busy but dont lie to me about something.

Trust me I know what your dealing with I tried to post up my experience and make him answer for his poor customer service and incorrect hardware I eventually gave up since 3 of my threads on VWvortex about it were deleted and he never answered his emails or calls or pm's pretty much everyone defends him w/o knowing the whole story so he doesnt have to post up a response himself
In the end I decided to just never recomend his company which might not sound like much but I know I have gotten alot of PM's every time I post pics asking what setup I would recomend and instead of saying pagparts i throw out CTS or something similar.
To me having a V-Band on my manifold is not worth what I had to put up with to get it and his slightly lower price quickly faded after I had to replace incorrect hardware (MAF/Injectors btw) go without my car for an additional 6 weeks of time and counting the plane ticket I booked to pick up my car after he sent me a tracking number saying my ecu was mailed out when it wasnt and the tracking number was for someone elses part (I'm sure he gave me this number so I would quit calling him asking about the ECU)
Dont worry though as many people will tell you Arnold runs a great company that has brought the 1.8T scene to where it is today

Yeah he pretty much F'd me on this one.... Any way that is actually the Eurojet DV but decided just to let in vent to the atmosphere since im running a mafless file anyway. I know a BOV would be more efficient but it was a last minute change and I had few options on the location. I just made sure it was between intake mani and the turbo to let it do it's job. They are a great company and I would recommend eurojet to anyone. Pagparts on the other hand. Great products decent price just no care for the customer!!! Honestly it doesnt matter the guys rep on any forum he did me wrong. I got a bad program he didnt offer to cover my shipping cost for the ecu. Then he lied about the shipping date. I worked with im as much as I could so all I can say is F that guy and F anyone who will defend him.....

Well despite the set backs and wait, my ECU arrived today. I will be going to the shop and popping it in. I hope that everything is ok this time. I dont know how much more disappointment I can handle on this project. Warning!!!! if ever you undertake any major project on an Audi, first go on a baby seal hunt... If you can bash one of those big eye'd innocent creatures with a club then yes you have the stomach and patients to deal with the AUDI mod process...... Im at my seal cub bashing limit at this point...

I know exactly what I would do it involves putting a for sale sign on the car and placing the order for my 135i......
