update on my cars status

i couldn't find my previous thread in the hangout section when this place was new but for those that don't know i got into an accident thanks to some jay-hole cutting me off in the snow.

so i was planning on getting the entire Rieger body kit instead of the S4 setup, but i would have to pay about $600-700 in extra labor and paint along with the difference between the cost of the rieger front bumper and a4 bumper.

i was fine with that until i got my bonus check from work that was $800 shy of what they said it was going to be... so now i am forced to make my car to go back to a stock look with an s4 front bumper. i don't mind the stock look, it just sucks when u kind of have to down grade from what u had.

i did do some other stuff instead though, i bought new front leather seats that have no rips in them and the heated seats work as well. i changed the tail light bottom covers from the chrome to black (the color of my car). and ive ordered some awe tuning decals. i also am putting on the Rieger back window roof spoiler.

so some changes, but my will be back to more of a stock look. will get pics up as soon as i get it back!

should get it back on monday or tuesday next week. everythings getting painted today then ill assume they'll install it tomorrow. then they'll take it in to the audi dealership on monday to fix the abs ecu. so thats kind of what im hoping for, maybe it will take a little longer.

it usually never goes as planned. Should look really nice when finished, i need to make sure i check back for the pics!!

for sure, i will take pics as soon as i bring the car back! they said the latest it will be done is the 21st but if its done a day or two sooner im ok with that as well :)

bonus check was short 800 bux? daym, they rly put an elephant up ur you-know-what. i really want to see pix of the window spoiler, been contemplating if i should get one for myself.

^ yeah, when your in sales and they throw out extra incentives every day for getting stuff then u usually get a lot of extra money. but after a whole month they don't keep to good of track on all the extra incentives they promise.

i just sat the wing on top of the window and it looks like it will look pretty good. ill for sure post some sweet pics when i get it back.
