More info from my paypal Dispute
8/21/2009 19:28 PDT - Buyer: An order was placed with the seller where my current address was not with my name so i added it when i was checking out. This became my ship address and then also paid with paypal and used the same address. Later that day i recieved an email stating my order was shipped and when i checked it, it showed they were sending it to FL where the previous orders went. Since it was late in the day, i called the very next morning and left a message. Got a return call from Charm stating that the package would be rerouted that day. Checked the ship status a couple days later and it still stated it was heading to FL and called and left another message since it was now in FL. Got an email stating the reroute was made and it will arrive in 1-4 days. The next business day (Monday) the package was deliverd to the FL address where i have no idea who resides. This after making a couple calls and was assured the package was being sent to the OH address. Now after dealing with them trying to have this worked out, they are passing the blame on to me for them changing the shipping address and not having the package rerouted which i tried to do myself and was told i was not allowed by FedEx. No i dont have the items i needed badly and out the $70 i paid for them with no way to retrieve them. I have no intentions of ripping anyone off, just retrieving my goods or money paid for them. It should be their problem to retrieve the products they have misshipped.
8/21/2009 19:16 PDT - Buyer: As stated already, the address on YOUR website when i placed the order was for the OH address, not the FL, i made sure since the FL was the default so i added the correct address and that became the selected address (check for yourself). Both addresses (your websire and paypal) were for the OH address yet on the email came to me with the FL address on it and you were called and notified withen 12 hours of me recieving the email. You had plenty of time to have the package changed since it was in CO when you were notified of the issue. I am not trying to rip anyone off, i just want the stuff I PAID FOR! You can either send me my stuff or refund my money. I take no shame in your mess ups.
8/21/2009 17:37 PDT - Seller: We did not make a shipping mistake. YOU INPUT YOUR ORDER INCORRECTLY IN OUR WEBSITE. I don't know why you can't get that through your head. As we already told you, we did contact Fedex to reroute the package for you at your request AS A COURTESY but they were unable to reroute it. I'm looking at your order in our system right now. You can also pull it up on our website or look at your order confirmation email. It shows the address that you input with your order; the same address we shipped to. Computers don't make mistakes - you did. Now instead of admitting it you are trying to use Paypal to rip us off. You should be ashamed of yourself. The package has already been delivered; I don't know what else you expect us to do. Jon
8/21/2009 14:22 PDT - Buyer: Calls and emails were given to correct your shipping mistake. You claim you had it changed and it was still delivered to the incorrect address. The shipping info was correct at checkout since it was added before payment was giving via paypal which also used the correct address. You chose to send it to the previous address which was incorrect and now my package is in who knows hands. Telling its my fault when i made sure it was correct is poor business.
I called them a few times and their return email

Hello,
I apologize for any confusion. The same day we spoke, I called FedEx and had the package rerouted to your Papal Address. We usually charge our customers the $6.00 reroute fee that FedEx imposes, but I made a one time exception and waived the fee for you. FedEx gives an estimated (not guaranteed) time frame of 1 to 4 business days for Ground Shipping.
Thanks,
Charm

Your order has been updated to the following status.
New status: Shipped"
My call was the following day and the package was still in CO, plenty of time for it to be rerouted.
Now they puss out and send me this and wonder why im upset
"Hello,
I don’t know why you’re upset with us; we did exactly what you told us to do. First we shipped it to the address that you input on your order:
Nathan Martin
6412 Garden Drive
Gulf Breeze, Florida 32563
United States
You called to tell us you wanted it sent to a different address instead, so we called Fedex and asked them to reroute it. We even volunteered to absorb the cost of the reroute. Today we called them again and they told us that they tried to reroute the package but were not able to.
According to my records you have ordered from us twice in the past, ten months ago. Both times you used a credit card and had it shipped to your Florida address. This time you used Paypal. This changes the checkout procedure a little bit which might explain how you put the wrong address on the order.
Free overnight shipping is absolutely out of the question. It’s absurd to tell us to pay to fix a problem that was caused when you input your order wrong through our website. It even states in our shipping terms: “All orders will be shipped to the Ship To address listed with your order, not your PayPal address.” http://www.frozenboost.com/stpg.php?page_id=fastest_silicone_shipping
At this point I suggest one of the following options:
1. Work with the current residents at the Florida address to acquire the package.
2. For $7, Fedex will go to the Florida residence and attempt to retrieve the package. They will charge shipping again to deliver the package from the Florida address to your Ohio address. This is a gamble because we don’t know if they will be able to retrieve the package. To have us do this for you please Paypal $19.99 to sales@frozenboost.com; or Fedex might be willing to work with you directly if you call them with the tracking number.
3. You can re-order the parts through our website and select overnight shipping if you wish. We will then attempt to retrieve the package from the Florida address, and if we are able to do so we will refund the cost of the parts to your Paypal account.
Thanks,
Jon
