So I decided to pull the secondary air pump off of my old motor last night and put it to a better use...smoking hookah tobacco :)
Starting out:

For those of you that don't know, a hookah is a water pipe used for smoking specially prepared tobacco (usually soaked in molasses with flavoring) which makes for a much smoother/better tasting/better smelling method of smoking tobacco than pipes/cigars. Those of you who do know what this is know how much of a pain it is to start one off until the smoke builds up...well looks like I solved that problem LOL.
I ran the pump off of 5V on a computer power supply...it would trip the breaker running it on 12V since it sucked too much power for the cheap power supply to push. I may try it with a better power supply I have laying around. Even on 5V it pushed plenty enough air to smoke up the whole living room and kitchen. I was surprised to find that the inlet hose for the pump fit right over the hose fitting on the hookah :)
For those of you not familiar with hookah, the smoke actually smells rather good (kinda like incense) and doesn't soak into furniture/clothing, it's not the nasty smell from cigarettes etc.
Needless to say the pump smoked the living crap out of the hookah. The tobacco was burnt into ash...it usually just gets blackened from the heat of the coals. The whole metal part of the hookah was really hot as well...and the silicone grommet at the top partially melted LOL.
Next step is to try and run 12V...perhaps also run two pumps LOL see how much smoke that puts out.
