I live in NY and wanted snow for a while as I got my car right before the summer. Well, I just tested the AWD in a half inch, and it was fun as hell :D

Thats all..

It snowed today here in MN! Ive got the Eagle F1 summers on right now and I was able to spin them to redline all the way through 3rd. But after that i put her into hibernation for the winter. I dont have huge plans for the winter but im hoping to do:
Rear counterweight removal, Dv relocation, boost gauage install, leightweight battery, Rear sway bar, and possibly 42 dd Dp. While she is sleeping i will be driving a 2001 Saab 9-5. It is a 3.0 V6 Turbo.

We get like 1 good snow storm and a good deal of fluries throughout the winter. Just enough to annoy ya but not enough to warrant a detecated car

dirtyness get's annoying but, im scared of stupid drivers rear ending me. We get 1 inch of snow and people totaly forget how to drive. They start running red lights/stop signs becase i guess stopping is too hard. people feel the need to drive 30 mph on the interstate, and weave inbetween lanes. Our plows are seriously ontop of the situation, within 30 min they are out there dumping tons of salt all over the place, needless to say 5 mounths of salt constantly on your paint cant be good...

and i cant belive u guys havent said anything about me bumping a year old thread, lol.

wish i could have a couple tt's. a black 2.0L racecar, a pearl white 3.2L dsg dd (even in the winter), and a black lifted s/c 3.2L 6-speed for the beach, ice storms, and fun! hahaha.

maybe not quite as lifted as this VV (yeah know, keep the cars chassis and not put it on a truck, put in a haldex blue for 4x4 actionnnn) j/p

i just moved back up to ny, and i'm parkin the car in a garage and i'm going to be driving around a buick century.

my winter plans are take apart the i/c setup and clean it out from any oil getting in, a lightweight battery relocation, repairs including: door sill repair, turn signal fixing (been tweakin out on me, haldex fluid change, figure out why it's having an unsteady acceleration when under psi of above 10... and probably other shit i am forgetting.

key thing is... i don't want salt touching my car haha. ever.

I would love to drive in some snow. Some of my favorite driving. If I ever move to Colorado, I'm gomma buy some nasty snows and some black steelies. Lol, steelies with 30mm spacers on all 4 :)
