LP640 vs ZR1

Im not really a vett kinda guy, but the price differance makes the Zr1 seem waay better. but then again i would almost prefer a 560-4 to either...

I really like the ZR1, but the hood window looks stupid; the F430, R8, etc have an engine window because the engine and rear window happen to be in the same place, so it makes sense (i.e. its logical), but on the ZR1 there is no damn reason to have a window on the hood of a car. To me it is the same old illogical, PepBoys-caliber crap the US brands have been doing for years...Why GM didn't make the ZR1 look like the C6.R I don't know, that would have been an evil bastard of a Vette :D

In the end I would buy an LP560-4 and be happy my fast car looked better than the 640 or ZR1:

Hard to fault the logic there - one of the reasons GM had trouble moving the original ZR-1 was because it looked way too similar to the standard Vette. They did a great job with the mechanicals (apparently) on the new ZR1, but as stated, they should've done more to differentiate it from the Z06 and C6. Can't argue with the performance though.

there are other cars i would rather have but between those two it would be the lambo hands down... Its just a sleeker looking design.
