So just to vent, I'm so sick of SNOW it's not even funny...

Cincinnati hardly ever gets large amounts of snow. Heck, in a typical winter I bet we don't even get a foot of snow if you added it all together. But no, this year we've already had a few 1-2 inch storms, a 10 inch + ice storm last week and now today we've got another mess on our hands...

When I left my house this morning, the forecast was calling for a possible inch or two of snow today, which I was fine with. You know, an inch or two is no big deal. It looks nice, people don't flip out and drive like idiots, and the road crews can handle it with no problem. Well here it is 5:30 PM and I look outside at what appears to be 4 to 6 inches of snow already on my car. When I got back to my desk I checked the weather forecast and now they're calling for as much as 8 or more inches by 10 PM tonight...

I'm seriously sick of driving 15-20 mph on the highway to get home from work. On a normal day I can get home in 20 minutes with light traffic, but today I bet it takes me 2 hours... Heck, if my chair at work were more comfortable, I'd say f*(k it and stay here all night...

F*(K this Sh*t!

you guys should all move down here to carolina beach. beautiful out, big car club, beach 5 minutes away, jobs available if you have the skills (sorry no walmart employees), and the track is 45 mins away.

not to mention it's been mid 60's and sunny for the past week.

Yep, it gets tiring for sure. I'm ready for nice weather and a clean car for sure. Not to mention I want to put my 18s back on and park the snow steelies until next year.

Cry me a river, Chicago has had 5+ big snows this season with over 6ins each time (at least one was 8+in), and when its not snowing its been 4 degrees outside. Ripping it up in the snow with AWD is fun when its falling, but the other 95% of the time winter sucks. AWD is a love/hate thing, I love snow driving but I hate that I need AWD for the 4 or more months of winter we have every year

I don't mean to be the odd one out, but i had never spun my tires out on my TT until last week when it snowed. I found a huge abandoned parking lot and went to town. I just did what i normally do in Gran Turismo and it worked like a charm. I gave a little show to the shopping mart across the street and had a few fans. My fun ended however when a police officer saw me. Unlike Gran Turismo, there are police officers in real life.

So yeah, it took me 2 hours to drive 11.8 miles... I left my desk at 6 PM, had my car cleaned off and ready to go by 6:15 PM and pulled into my driveway a little after 8:00 PM. And I just found out on the news that Loveland (suburb on the northeast of Cincinnati for those of you not in OH) got a total of just under 10" of snow...

And to add to my hatred of snow this year I will agree with you l88m22vette that the bitter cold is getting to me as well. I think yesterday was the first day above freezing we've had in a few weeks and we are supposed to get down to 5* overnight tonight...

Is it Spring yet?

Cin-Day road was a parking lot along with other streets. Just flipping through the news and people were getting 3 hour waits on tow trucks. The snow plow is outside now cleaning off the neighborhood streets
