i love sick days!!!

Today I called into work sick!! I do feel a lil shitty!
But on my day off I took my baby in for a oil change. $35 with castrol gtx? Is that synthetic?
Anywho. While that was getting changed I sat right next to a 2008 R8!!! Like.. Right next to it. Inches from it!!!
So after all that I went a bought a clay bar kit. And that's what I'm going to my girl now!! She's looking sexy!!

It really depends...

Has the car been using Synthetic or Dino it's entire life? Or have you been switching back and forth? Either way, it won't hurt you too much, but if you keep going back and forth you can cause oil leaks... it has something to do with the seals. If I were you, I'd either stick with Dino oil from now on or switch to synthetic on your next change and never look back.

Just keep it in and go back to full syn oil next change. I would lower the change to about 2k miles instead so the oil gets out before it really breaks down
