Sevendust's by far my favorite band :) seen them live three times in the span of ~1 year. Their drummer's probably my biggest influence in drumming style:

^snapped that at the first show I saw.
The tickets are always like $20-$30 too. Lesser known bands that rock ftw.

I saw them at the Rolling Rock Town fair, back when the singer had long (really long) hair. It was awesome.

They're better than any live band I've seen so far...I saw them at Ram's Head Live in Baltimore, Crocodile Rock in Allentown and at Theater of the Living Arts in philly. The last one had Nonpoint and Soulidium opening with them...they were both pretty good too.
Actually As I Lay Dying is pretty intense live as well...I'd never seen an ENTIRE concert hall explode into a moshpit before  saw them at the Trocadero in philly a while back. By the end of the show I felt like I'd been lifting just from pushing people off me.
More on topic, I threw in some new CDs with some Pink Floyd, Atreyu (older stuff, not their sugarcoated new album) and the Used.

Eh...he's good, but I don't think he's up there with the best in metal...most of his stuff's not that hard to play if you have decent double pedal skills. He doesn't really play anything particularly fast or intricate. You'd be surprised how cool some drum fills and stuff sound while being really easy to play lol.
Fear Factory's drummer (Raymond Herrera) on the other hand...I'm not sure how he plays some of his bass drum lines as I can barely play them with my hands. Listen to "Slave Labor" as a good example. Or the Rev from A7X is quite impressive.

Pink Floyd is always the best music to "chill" to. I stumbled into an Atreyu show back in 2003 right before I was supposed to deploy to Iraq(the first time).
That day was awesome. Was at a base in Southern Virginia, headed up to Richmond thinking it was our last weekend in the states. Went to a bar early, they gave us free tickets to the first show (we didnt even know it was going on), ended up meeting Chevelle and Saliva as they knew we were leaving for duty, then when it was over, we randomly walked down an alley to piss and found the second show at some back alley club. Was awesome!
Found this lineup:
# Sunday, May 18, 2003
First show # Saliva, Cold, Chevelle, Simple Plan, Taking Back Sunday, Burning Brides, River City High, the Exies, Ben Kweller, Theory of a Deadman, Unloco, and Supercomp at 18th and Main
Second show # Lamb of God, Chimaira, Atreyu, 18 Visions at Alley Katz

Definitely...I like PF while on long highway trips too. I have yet to see Atreyu though I really want to...I started listening to them from Suicide Notes and Butterfly Kisses up until Death Grip on Yesterday.
I saw Saliva in Allentown, they were pretty good though I never pictured their singer as some bigger dude that wears a lot of makeup lol.

He's simply amazzzazzing.
I could watch his you tube stuff all day!
Nonpoint: To The Pain. Rocks! I'm also a big Incubus whore.

The first three band were awesome... the rest, well...
As a joke I went to a Sugar Ray concert at school WASTED. My friends and I hovered over everyone because everyone there was young teens. Simple Plan opened for Sugar Ray and we ended up taking them to our friends apartment party to play beer pong. This was before they were ever popular. They were alright.
