Early 90's...they're kinda rare...you can find some on vortex though. If you search "coupe quattro" anywhere it usually comes up with TTs haha

Man Rs2/S2's are so sexy:wub:...one of my buddy just got a 1980's Mk2 GTI 16v, they are prepping it for autocross/track events. Its pretty fast, can almost keep up with my TT:cool:

here is to the baddest Coupe Quattro in the USA. show me one badder and i will eat my words... i would post some of the hundreds of pix i have, but i dont want to host them all... there are definitely some badass coupes though, for certain.

i have two of these, actually.... the Lago is the street car. S2 bumpers, RS4 rep wheels, Bilstein/H&R Cup kit, some goodies from 034 like mounts, injectors, bomb delete, etc. B4 front end conversion just done, 1pc H1/H4 headlights, paint match on hood is not great, so i will paint the whole car to match the hood. the paint shop that mixed the paint is not too good apparently. they shot the car in 4 spots, and thats the closest they could get to it i guess LOL.

the other one, well, that one is a different beast. drag chassis shooting for the 9's...

there were just under 1700 sent to the USA in 90-91. got the race chassis one for $400, running and driving, 20v 5cyl N/A. the Lago, $3500, with a stack of receipts over $4k.... i like these cars....

I was a little upset to see your thread in the 1.8t section, more so after i saw the pics. You are deff a good source of information and a more than welcome addition to the forum :thumbup:. The few there kill it for the the many.

yeah, about that place. no more for me.

its ok, this car only had seen little blips here and there... its too un-mature of a place anymore. it was never going to have a full build thread there anyways.

but the turbo, it is an S366XL, T4 divided inlet, 1.00 A/R, 4" V-band exhaust, 5" inlet, 3.5" V-band compressor outlet.... divided inlet manifold, SS mandrel bend tubing. dual Tial 38mm V-band WG's. 4" exhaust out the fender.... over the wheel sneaking past the coilovers i made.

but this car, this is one bad ass S2 chassis'd car. it has a BMW turbo 6 cyl, and CF body over tube-frame.
