New Year's plans??

my friend and i are tired of always being the one having parties. we decided about a month ago to cancel the dinner reservation we had for 20 people cuz we didn't have the party bus to transport us and no one wanted to be a designated driver.
soooo....today is the 28th and still no plans.

we both decided if either one of us caves, it will be a small dinner party for 8.
but as far as we know....none of these 20 people have plans yet either!!
i think i must be hanging with the wrong people!!! geeeeze.

I was supposed to go down to Santa Barbara for this whole week but familly problems shot that down :( So i think were just gonna go to old town Sac and watch the fireworks and hang out at the Irish Pub or something.
