Every 20K. And yes, very yes. I am waiting for my kit to arrive from ECS to do mine.

Ohhh boy, ur gonna love to hear this. I have 90K on my car, and i have never changed it.. Thank goodness you told me cuz! Now, i bought the car with 79k on it so it may have been changed before that time, but if it hasnt.............THEN I BETTER GET TOO IT!!!

How much does it cost, and can i do it myself??

It's not that expensive of a job. I just had another thread about the same thing. "service costs"

Its like $70 from ECS the first time b/c you get the fluid and a Haldex filter wrench, and ~$40 from then on. Two tips: you will NEED a caulk gun, thats the type of container the fluid comes in, and you should also get a piece of flexible hose w/a band clamp for the end of the Haldex fluid container so you can easily direct the fluid into the coupling. Its very simple :)

Well that sounds good to me! I think Ill go check out and buy a kit today. I know this is gonna sound stupid, but if mine has never been changed before, am i going to feel a difference while driving when I do change the fluid?

Can't get the Haldex Filter off without using the Haldex Wrench.
