To make it engine-related, I have found a guy local to me that quoted me about $60/pair to powdercoat valve covers for the 30v. If anyone's interested, I'll pass along his info.

Just clean them very well before you paint them, and you'll be fine. Check my photo album - I have pics of mine in there, painted red. Came out nicely:)

I've had enough of metal polishing for the rest of my life after the polishing I did on my 300ZX engine. F it - just gonna chrome the VCs and be done with it.
