Hello from Canada....Ay

Up in Timmons Ontario (Home of Shina Twain :lol:) with my brother for an install and lets just say its remote. Its pretty close to the artic circle and it is a balmy 40* outside and many of the locals are out in shorts and some in shorts and a tank top :uuuh:

Not sure if anyone has been to Canada before, but this change thing is annoying. They have a one and two dollar coin so i keep getting a pocketfull of change that just bugs the crap out of me. Not only that, people here i guess cant understand our nonexistant accent. My brother wanted provolone cheese on his sub at subway and the girl working was like...."I know it better as yellow chedder." Ummm ok. Then today i wanted the orange soda at McD's and got charged more and given OJ (which i dont like very much). This AFTER she charged me for 3 fries instead of 2 and had to give me a refund and another 8 peices of change in my pocket. :001_rolleyes:

Just a weird couple days, glad we are wrapping up the install today :cool:

Neither of us like ketchup so we didnt ask. My brother had the gravy fries but i havent found any yet. Where we are is suppose to be more french, but i havent come across any yet.

So we finished early and drove from Timmons down to Ottawa. Found a nice hotel and spent the day in downtown Ottawa. Deff annoyed with the french people in this area. Most of the guys are either really gay or big tools and hot girls are far in between. The city is actually rather impressive with old english and french buildings with modern building all around. There is even a main drive that resembles burbon st in N.O. Deff a nice place to visit if you can deal with some of the people.

BTW, i still havent decided if im not hip enough for this city or way to hip in just jeans and a tee with chucks. My brother likes to think that everyone tries WAY to hard to get noticed here.

Soooooo glad to be home. Got 3 hours of sleep and cought had to get up at 4am to catch a 6am flight. Got fed some pizza from a great place in Dayton and then told i had to find a coolant leak/over heating issue in my sisters car... after retrieving it from a parking lot 20mins away. Just replaced the thermostat and now about to replace the radiator (shot coolant when at operating temp). Again, still on 3 hours of sleep and a Sat night, but who am i kidding, its not like i had a date :sad:

Sad but true. Just finished the rad and magically... NO LEAKS! Took about 3 hours to go from finding the leak to having it all buttoned up and running. Not bad for having no idea about the stupid neon. Did i mention im happy to be back in the US of A?
