First time car meet

So I went to a bar with my nighbor who has a new GTI. This was a vw/Audi euro meet. I was the only Audi there, but there were some nice dubs. One of the guys had a lap top and Vag. He really couldn't do anything with the TT. All I wanted him to do was bump up my idle and connect my windows to my lock and unlock. What software does he need to do it..?

Unisettings for the idle.

I think you have to use command prompt to do the window thing (from what a friend who's done it told me) probably have to hex edit stuff.

he should have been able to do the windows...i could do mine and I used a shareware version

BTW, what should our idle be?

update - found it 760, which is exactly what mine is at.

buy an vag cable on ebay and download unisettings here in the 1.8T section and u can adjust your idle on your own (assuming you have a laptop)
