As long as the previous owner used the larger oil filter with synthetic oil there shouldnt be anything out of the ordinary with the car. Just keep in mind that the car should of had the timing belt changed already (if not, do it now) and due to its age, need most rubber parts replaced (bushings, vacuum lines, etc).

I think 2000 is 150 hp, 2001+ is 170 hp

its definately 180 bhp the 150bhp is the front wheel drive version and the 170 is the a4 b6 !!! and cheers cincy ill check on that m8, and its just had timing belt done (so he says but might just do for peace of mind, just done it on one i got was well lucky teeth were lifting of belt and couple missing lol

He is not from the States so the trim levels are completely different

has to be said but think regula tuning are best for pulling off some great bodykits for audis, the pounds will be being saved for this can see a project coming out of the hat lol !!!!

What is the oil grade for the 1.8t ? Is it 10w40 semi-synthetic ???

5w40 or 0w40 Mobil full synthetic.

cheers cincy, will that grade be ok if its on 114,000miles ?? or will i need thicker oil ??
